Privacy Policy
How PinkCools handles information when you craft still portraits, browse looks, keep a personal archive, manage credits, or reach out for support.
Personal data described in this policy is processed and stored by PinkCools on infrastructure we operate and keep under our direct control.
-
I
Scope of this policy
These practices apply to the PinkCools mobile application distributed through Apple App Store and Google Play. They cover creative tools, style catalogs, saved results, profile features, credit balance, optional one-time credit packs purchased in the app, and in-app feedback.
Using PinkCools means you understand the practices below. Notices shown when a feature asks for information also apply to that feature.
The operator identified on PinkCools’ official storefront listing is responsible for the handling described on this page.
-
II
Information we may process
- Creative inputs: still images you select, import, or capture, together with prompts, styles, looks, and settings needed to produce the result you request.
- Account details: account identifier, display name, profile image, sign-in state, and preferences when you use an account.
- Credits and history: credit balance, usage, creation archive, and records needed to confirm delivery of a paid item.
- Device and reliability signals: device model, operating system, app version, language, approximate network region, performance events, and error diagnostics.
- Support messages: text, contact details, and attachments you include when contacting support or sending feedback.
How PinkCools operates: the personal data above is handled by PinkCools within systems and equipment we control. We do not sell personal data or use submitted images to build advertising profiles.
-
III
Device permissions
PinkCools requests device access only when a feature needs it. Photo-library access lets you pick an image or save a finished look. Camera access lets you capture an image when that option is available.
You may refuse or withdraw a permission in system settings. The related feature may stop working; other parts of the app can remain available.
-
IV
Why we use information
- Fulfill your creative request, keep results you save, and present your archive.
- Maintain account access, preferences, credits, and delivery of paid items.
- Respond to feedback, investigate faults, improve stability, and keep the app secure.
- Detect misuse, enforce applicable rules, protect users, and respond to binding legal requirements.
- Understand broad product performance with information that is aggregated or otherwise not reasonably linked to an individual where practical.
Where local law requires a specific basis, PinkCools relies on the step needed to fulfill your request, your permission, our legitimate need to operate and secure the service, or a legal obligation, as appropriate.
-
V
Images that include faces
An image you select may include a face. When a chosen look needs facial structure, PinkCools may analyze visual points and characteristics solely to place or render that look and produce the result you asked for.
- This analysis is not used to verify identity, unlock an account, or build an advertising profile.
- PinkCools does not build a face-recognition directory from submitted images.
- Submitted images and generated results are not offered for sale.
Submit an image only when you have the right and permission to use it.
-
VI
Storage, control, and retention
PinkCools itself processes and stores personal data on infrastructure under our direct operational control. Access is limited by role and need.
We keep information only while it supports a purpose in this policy, keeps an account or requested archive available, resolves a dispute, protects the service, or meets a record-keeping duty. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted or altered so it can no longer reasonably identify you.
Removing an item in the app or asking us to close an account starts the applicable deletion process. Limited residual copies may remain briefly in protected recovery records before being overwritten on our normal schedule, unless longer retention is legally required.
Processing region: our controlled infrastructure may operate in a country different from where you live. When information crosses a border, we apply safeguards required by applicable law.
-
VII
Storefront records and required disclosures
Apple App Store or Google Play may retain purchase, payment, download, update, and delivery records under the storefront’s own rules. Those records are separate from PinkCools’ own processing described above. PinkCools does not receive your complete payment-card details from the storefront.
We may disclose limited information when compelled by a valid legal process, to address fraud or a serious security incident, or to protect the safety and lawful rights of PinkCools, our users, or another person. We review such demands and limit disclosure to what is reasonably necessary.
-
VIII
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, receive, delete, restrict, or object to certain uses of personal data. You may also withdraw a permission where processing depends on your permission. Some rights have legal exceptions.
Send a request from the email address connected with your account, if applicable, and describe what you need. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request belongs to you. PinkCools will not treat you unfairly for making a valid privacy request.
You can also manage device permissions in system settings, remove creations through available controls, or stop using the app.
-
IX
How we protect information
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards suited to the nature of the information we handle. These include access controls, protected transmission where appropriate, operational monitoring, and recovery procedures.
No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. If an incident creates a legally recognized risk to you, we will investigate and provide notice when the law requires it.
-
X
Children
PinkCools is not designed for children under 13. If the law where a user lives sets a higher minimum age for independent consent, that higher age applies. We do not knowingly collect personal data from a child below the applicable age without valid authorization.
If you believe a child has provided personal data contrary to this section, contact us so we can review and remove it where required.
-
XI
Policy updates
We may revise this policy as PinkCools, our safeguards, or legal requirements change. An updated version replaces the earlier version when published. If a change materially affects your choices, we will provide a more prominent notice in the app or through another suitable channel when required.
